I so needed to be armed with my camera this weekend and I wasn’t. I missed the opportunity to catch a ground hog doing a dance in front of my shed, baby deer leaping around celebrating the ability to jump. The wildest thing though was when I frightened a baby rabbit and it jumped the wrong way and landed in the pond, that little fella should be in the Olympics I couldn’t believe how fast he could swim. I just stopped what I was doing and watched with a stunned look on my face. (Oh and he made it very safely to the far side of the pond where he hid behind a rock.)
